Questions
Do my guests need an app?
No. Current iPhones and Android phones read NFC directly. A printed QR code covers phones with NFC switched off.
What happens when I change the target?
The card stays the same. It points to l4bizz.com, so every change in the dashboard applies to all cards instantly.
Can I keep unhappy guests away from Google?
No, and we deliberately do not offer it. Collecting reviews only from happy guests violates Google’s policies. With l4bizz every tap leads to the same target.
What data is collected?
Only the number of scans and clicks per day. No IP addresses, no cookies, no device identifiers.
What does l4bizz cost?
€5 per week excl. VAT for dashboard, link page and statistics. Cards and stands are a one-off cost depending on quantity and design.
May I ask guests for a review?
Yes. Asking guests is allowed. Rewards or discounts in exchange for reviews are not allowed under Google’s policies.
How do I cancel?
With one click in the dashboard under “Plan”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: your cards work until then, afterwards they show a notice instead of your links.
